Amy Waggnor is the most horrendous lawyer you could possibly imagine. She will take on an abuser’s case and let them continue the abuse through the court system. She lost. Her client lost. I would not recommend hiring this women if you have any hope for a civil family law resolution that leads to a peaceful settlement for you and your family.

As the other reviewer said, I burned through over $76k in 2020 and eventually went bankrupt. Amy dropped me before court, so I had to represent myself in trial. Billing charges were also found in error, as my family members will support. I had a strong case with photographic evidence of my children in torn clothing and yet, she botched the case and I lost 70% of my time with my beautiful kids. It's so bad, even a couple of years later, they tried billing me - which isn't legal for fees after declaring bankruptcy. Avoid Waggoner at all costs.

If only we could leave zero stars… We paid Amy over $50,000 for nothing. The facts of our case were strong… Amy put us into a precarious situation by failing to meet deadlines and even failing to respond to opposing council. We switched to Burney & Reese who easily won our case, for a fraction of the cost, in a significantly shorter period of time. Don’t waste your time and money with Amy.
