I haven't had the pleasure of speaking to someone so RUDE in a while. I am the buyer agent on a residential sell and was informed the day before closing that the seller had filed bankruptcy. Mr McConnell represents the seller. Shouldn't this have been disclosed? I call to ask a few questions and was spoken to in a rude manner from the start only to be told in a frustrated tone when the hearing would be. I was trying to ask if there was anything else I could do to make my buyers feel more secure and he sarcastically asked me was I finished and GOOD BYE and hung up. I didn't find him to be professional or friendly!!
