One of the worst intake experiences I’ve had with any law firm. I scheduled a consultation through their website, but when I called at the designated time, Lisa (who took the call) had no idea why it wasn’t on the calendar and gave no explanation. She rushed me through a complex, layered situation she clearly didn’t understand — and gave no impression that she cared. Poor communication, dismissive tone, and unprofessional handling overall. Would not recommend this mom-and-pop firm for serious entertainment or copyright issues.

I contacted the Vondran Law Firm over 10 days ago. The receptionist was short, seemingly in a hurry, and apparently disinterested in my call. I left my name and number asking for Steve or his assistant to call me back regarding a federal case in California. I never heard back from the firm.
One must ask, why does a law firm like this advertise and post videos on YouTube if when a new client contacts them they never even bother to call back?

Terrified after I received a subpoena from Strike 3, I couldn't sleep, think, work without muscle wringing anxiety of this threat. I did some research and found out that i was not alone, but much more than that I found Steve and Lisa. I watched his videos, read some reviews, and on Sunday morning I reached out, expecting to have to leave a message. However, Lisa picked up and it was 8 AM on the west coast. I explained my situation, that I was from the other coast, I was completely honest. She put me at ease right away. SHe comforted me, reassured me, and promised to act fast. I felt like I could breathe again. I borrowed some money and paid them the flat fee right away. A clear and concise course of action followed and Lisa was there every time I had a question or concern and she did not wait. Every response was immediate and concise. Once Steve had all my financials, he called and helped me understand a few important details: qualifying for hardship, the tenacity of Strike3's lawyer, and a quick breakdown of how these issues become legal matters. If you watch any of his youtube videos, you will find that he goes out of his way to teach you and guide you in the process of this very uncomfortable situation. The next steps involved some difficult and scary communications between Lisa, Steve, and the Strike3 lawyer. Lisa and Steve stuck by me and called out their lawyer on some clear negligence in reviewing my documents. Lisa kept me apprised with all communications and both were available for all my concerns. Eventually, I came up with the best I could do in terms of a settlement which was accepted , way below what Strike 3 had originally wanted, and we moved forward with the payment and dismissal. I only took five weeks, from the time I received the subpoena to the dismissal, Trust LIsa and Steve. Don't wait. They don't. They are on your side and do not drag this on. Their flat fee is a bargain for anyone especially given the situation and level of service Lisa and Steve provide. Don't suffer and don't sweat, get in touch with Vondran legal and breathe again.

I left them a message to call, in an hour Cameron called. He is very nice and very professional. He took the time to listen to my issue and I noticed he is VERY knowledgeable in this area. Following day, he called again at about 5:30pm PT and said "I am in east but you can call or text by next 2 or 3 hours if needed". I just signed up the contract. I am confident they will do great job. I am glad I contacted them.
