I called and took 40 minutes for someone to answer. Not a big issue. Then I was told I would be sent resources to help my case, I was then placed back on hold. When she got back on the phone I heard "Hello? hello?" while I was saying I'm here, and making sure my phone wasn't muted... and then she hung up. Not going to say she was acting to brush me off, but it felt like it also being because I never received any kind of resources...

Pretty bad. I had a pretty straight forward issue I needed some guidance on and they took over a week to tell me they couldn’t help. Even after I explained how little I needed they just wouldn’t help.

They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER answer the online intake form you fill out either. I am not quite sure what it is that they do DO, but whatever that may be it is clearly of no use to any Boston resident.

Scam! This number is just a recording, no help what so ever. They recording just tells you to call another number, which is just another pointless recording. Pure garbage!
