Italian old school mafia... Mr Vingelli is currently on probation. A weird, mean, borderline ugly personality with looks to match. Very dangerous - he uses all kinds of process servers to identify your location if you are the opposing party and then threaten your children at school. What is it? Chicago in the 30’s? Michele Vinjello will beg, borrow, steal, bite, kill, Jack and Jill to hurt the opposing party to the core. He is involved into human trafficking circles, including gang activity and organized crimes; and is working for them currently as a “legal beagle”. Vingelli will happily steal the funds from your child’s trust fund, humiliate you in court, laugh at you in front of your family and then have strange people call you every day to threaten, harass and intimidate you. I mean threats of death and physical impact (assault). This attorney is dangerous !

Michael Vingelli is notorious for violating all existing court rules and beyond. Chances are, he’s a friend of your attorney and they are going to mess up your case beyond belief while you have to pay your own lawyer. Under the table methods, including bribery and gang activity are on the every day agenda in Mr. Vingelli’s world. Whenever he goes to court, he always finds friends and new clients there, giving out his business cards left and right and acting like a comedy character from Fellini movies, albeit poorly scripted. As previously noted, Mr. Vingelli will utilize all kinds of illegal methods to intimidate, threaten and harass your family, including children, if you happen to be the opposing party. Please be vigilant when it comes to Mr. Vingelli ! He’s out there watching you, and working on another dirty scheme to protect the world of organized crimes and even pay the Judge to get rid of your case while charging you.

The reviews on here are ludicrous and the majority are written by the same person. Michael Vingelli is not with the mafia. He cares about his clients more than any Attorney I have ever encountered. To say that he mistreats children is a malicious lie also. If he was anything like what has been printed here he would taken legal action against each and everyone of you. I will be encouraging him to investigate these reviews and confront each of you in court.

Very suspicious and shameless person. Involved with organized crime and gangs all over the country, threatens opposing parties and conspires with judges. The corruption king of Tucson. Threaten’s kids at schools. Paid a ton to avoid permanent ban to practice law.

The Arizona State Bar found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Michael represented a client, who at the time was a minor, in a personal injury matter. After the matter was settled, Michael agreed to contest the claim by the parents’ insurer for reimbursement. Michael then notified the insurer that the client was contesting the claim and that the disputed funds would be held in his client trust account until the matter was resolved.

The dispute went on for three years. The disputed funds did not always remain in the client’s trust account and the balance dropped below the disputed amount on several occasions. It wasn’t until five (5) years after Michael received the settlement funds that he finally filed the necessary papers with the trial court.

As one would suspect this wasn’t Michael’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

That’s what working with criminals and acting like one can do - hope next time you will be banned from Practice of Law forever.

Hiring skip tracing companies to harass the opposing parties’ children and make threatening phone calls on your behalf is just bizarre.

We can’t hide the truth - the whole town knows about your connections with the NY/Chicago/Sicilian royalty, so to speak. I want to send you a new pair of socks out of my social security payment to help you look more presentable in court so as you didn’t have to pay the judges as you normally do, or hand out business cards to the court crowd. Maybe my social security payment would sponsor your lavish lunches at Cafe Milano? I doubt your age would allow you to enjoy all the sugar babies (victims of human trafficking) that your clients are generously supplying you with. Shame !
