Martina has worked with me for just about 2 years. She has helped me fight a DUI charge amongst other charges. I received a second DUI before my first DUI court appearance. She helped me avoid jail time. I won't lie. We have had our differences at times but I think that is only natural. I was arrested on August 22nd 2014 for my 2nd DUI offense in 10 years. I consider myself a professional so this was a devastating disappointment to myself and to my family. Normally I'm not the one to place bad reviews, but I'm looking out for people's lively hood. & It seems like she either has her bad reviews filtered or removed. At first working with Martina was good, she seemed compassionate & understanding. She kept me updated with my husband's case. E-mailed me back pretty quickly & answered my questions. The moment we started asking questions & asking for copies of documents she kept beating around the bush & started being very hostile. She kept pushing us to sign the deal the d.a. offered. She finally pulled out of our case we pursued out case with our public defender. After our public defender reviewed our case she found so many mistakes that Ms.Tienart had made. Our case ended in trail, but with our P.D's help most of the charges got dropped. If you are fighting a CRIMINAL Case I would NOT recommend this attorney. She is unexperienced in this area. Retain someone with more experience and who has more compassion for what they do. She doesn't really care & doesn't realize that she's playing with people's lives, including their families.
