My grandma has been trying to set up a trust fund. Veronica was quick to set up the appointment. Left us with some questions to answer later. Tried numerous times to call her cause we had questions about the answers we needed, she wouldn't return our calls at all. And when I asked the front desk lady she got a big attitude with me. So we ended up finishing the questions and she said she will send us the copies to go over before we finish and sign. Well that's been 3 weeks. And every time we call she won't even pick up and won't return our calls.. really seeming to be not worth the hassle. Definitely not very professional at all..

My husband hired Veronica for a custody review and was very disappointed. On his behalf, because we went into this together, I am posting OUR review. I’m happy to provide phone calls and emails proving my horrible time with this lawyer.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Any bad reviews result in “I haven’t represented you” which is untrue.
The only time my husband or myself spoke to Veronica herself was for the consultation. We would have to call the office, months in between her “making phone calls” to get any updates for our case which there was always the same answer from her office assistant. And every time we called, it seemed to inconvenience her. After months and discovering that there had been 1 single phone call made and after some pushing, a small motion was filed but never followed up on. We had to call to get that information as well.
When we asked for a refund, it took several months to receive, even though we understand Veronica had to go on medical leave at the beginning of asking for it. We were charged $1,100 for the one phone call and the one filing. I cannot imagine how much this would have ended up being if we kept going. When we asked for an invoice, we were told the office person cannot give us one, and we would have to call and “keep bugging” for one. It took over a year before an invoice was sent over to my husband’s email.
He also never signed any sort of contract or agreement. Which was a rookie mistake on his part, but shady on theirs.
I would not recommend but you get what you pay for.

If you want a lawyer that never returns your calls and dose the bare minimum, then Veronica is your lawyer. She was fast to respond to the call, in the beginning, up until I gave her my deposit money. I went to her help for a step parent adoption. She never contacted us, to let us know what was going on. We had to call the court ourselves to see what was taking so long. Months went by with no communication. We emailed her, left phone multiple messages, texts and went to the office to get her to respond. I get that attorneys are busy and can't be available 24/7 but this was beyond belief. Great when you can get ahold of her. I call and text her a few times weekly to get 1 text or call back once every other week. She is an awesome custody battle attorney "if" you get the single chance to actually talk to her. It's a battle to try and actually get the chance to talk to her.
AMAZING UPDATE: Veronica has since communicated with me extremely well and she really knows her stuff when it comes to LAW. She is one amazing lawyer and has a pricing sheet so you know what to expect when she has done work for you.
She is extremely knowledgeable in family law and worth her rates. If you need a family lawyer that will fight with you to the end, hire Veronica!
I just made sure she knew ALL the details about my case and knows exactly what is going on from ALL angles, and not just my own. This way she can put together a strategic plan for you to win your case or get the best possible outcome and get you what you want and need out of court with this attorney.
She has been amazing since the build up of my case. I feel as if in the beginning she was less communicable because we were not that far into my case yet, but now that we are far into my case I talk to her quite frequently and I couldn't be happier with her and her law practice and services. She is one amazing lawyer and will do you justice.
I am a hard person to please and she has since pleased me and is serving the justice system perfectly for me. I am ever so grateful to have found her and hired her as my attorney.
