Was rear ended by a Dodge Ram and felt fine for about 6 months until the neck and back pain and dizziness began to come on with a vengeance. Despite the time lapse, the Vaziri Law Group was willing to take my case and from my initial interactions with Tammy to the many phone calls and emails with Yosi who consistently checked in to see that I was receiving the medical treatment that I needed as well as consistently providing me with updates, the process was seamless. WARNING: DO NOT BY ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS LAW FIRM! The worst firm ever! The worst experience ever! I have no doubt that this law firm is engaged in unethical business practices. Very unprofessional, case lengthy and drawn out. They are extremely good at covering their tracks and making you believe they have done their outmost best to get you the best results. It’s all a lie. They don’t help much and they don’t even contact you until YOU call them. My case manager (Yosi Hakim) was so disorganized and condescending. Communication is poor, and I actually never formally spoke to my attorney (Nicholas Bryman),ever. Not once! My case lasted almost 15 months with a dissatisfying result. They are horrible attorneys that leave you clueless and in the dark because this firm crawls with shaddiness. They will lie to you, neglect you, mislead you, and make false promises to you. In the end you’re the one still suffering. The lack of responsiveness and apparent inability to address crucial matters in a timely manner has left me deeply disappointed along with lifelong spinal injuries (pain & suffering) which in the end I never received a settlement for. I truly expected a higher level of service and professionalism from a law firm, especially during a challenging time when I needed reliable support. Beware of their five star ratings… I honestly doubt the majority of reviews are genuine cases they’ve handled (probably just friends or people they consulted). I have already reported this firm to the California State Bar. Their investigation is underway. I just hope no one else goes through the terrible experience that I went through with this awful firm. It has been an absolute nightmare. They ruined my life. Do not let them ruin yours.
