Worst experience ever, if you want to go to court and have volunteers lie to your face best place to work on making sure you fight even more with the person youre divorcing. They even bully you until they think youll give up

We used Upstate Mediation for a divorce agreement recently. Richard Kahn helped us and did a tremendous job. Upstate Mediation and Richard helped during a hard time. As painful as the process is, they made the experience so much more tolerable than what could have been. I highly recommend for people who can communicate enough to split up your stuff without lawyers taking it all. People should really try to use this process and service more.

I accompanied a friend who was going through a divorce and went to mediation. These guys were great. They have separate rooms for each party, they're professional, don't take sides, and provided a great service. The building is in a convenient location, plenty of parking, and a clean environment.

Beware of how you are treated when your mediator turns out to be friends with your soon to be Ex's Attorney! Then the mediator (a man) suddenly becomes impartial and turns on you and starts trying to make decisions only the Judge can make. VERY NON PROFESSIONAL!
