I've lived on state line road for 3 years now. My mail comes from Steele MO 63877.Ive never got even one delivery at my house yet. I think my Ups man comes out of greens pharmacy in Steele MO. I have had many deliveries sent back to sender saying my home is vacant. I've had to call Blytheville office and make arrangements ahead of deliveries to meet the ups man in Steele MO to get my packages. He doesn't like to drive to my home cause I'm in the country. He makes me mad cause he lies about us living here even though we receive mail daily. Someone needs to explain to my ups driver that he has a responsibility to deliver my packages.

I have been in the delivery service are of the Blytheville, AR distribution center for several months. My place is not well marked but I have NEVER had a problem with these guys/gals! Unlike the post office and the other carriers, the drivers from this distribution center ALWAYS get my packages delivered and take care of placement when it may rain. HUGE thanks to the folks and a "Job Well Done" to everyone at this facility!! Everyone at the newly constructed RV park in the country appreciates your help!!

Not satisfied with the service,!! Not stopping trying to handle the package or the envelope to customer!! NO notes for delivery attempted; called CS said that the driver leaves the note said no one home!! I'm home watching my camera he drove straight not bother to STOP !!! It's happening 4 times for package from Amazon .-

After i post this and I read some reviews and scrolled down I noticed the UPS CUSTOMER CARE (( OWNER )) !! KEEP MESSAGED BACK SAID CONTACTED HIM THROUGHOUT PRIVATE,, WHY !! AFRAID PEOPLE READ ALL THE REVIEW, GIVING MORE BAD REVIEW AND COMPLAINED MORE CAUSE DAMAGE PACKAGE WITH SHOE AND FOOT PRINT ON IT or BEEN OPENED !! I GOT THIS EXPERIENCE when i let the manager guy know you will find the amazing answer that comes out from his mouth:: "" THEN STOP USING UPS SERVICE !!! "" ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS!!! HE GOT PAID FROM THE ORDERS THAT WE MADE THROUGH THE SHOPPING WEBSITE, LIKE AMAZON ETC...
Requested to Amazon or other shopping /shipping needs - STOP USING UPS!!
I'm sorry to other UPS store in OTHER LOCATIONS, in blytheville it's REALLY UNSATISFIED PROVIDED SERVICE !!

First of all, I have a UPS account with permission to text, call, or email me. That being said... The UPS driver was afraid to deliver in my neighborhood, so he said my house number was not marked. It is, right next to the front door. I called the contact for UPS, given on Amazon, and the lady confirmed the delivery address, put in a note for the driver that the house number was next to the door, and assured me that my items would be delivered by 5:40 that evening. I was in the driveway at the specified time, and no one came at all. Then I chatted on the UPS website, and he said "The matter has been escalated to the local UPS location" and they would call me. At like 9:45, I received a call from the Blytheville location, saying they couldn't deliver the packages and they were already on a truck back to the seller, and "there's nothing I can do about that". I told her that UPS is supposed to make three delivery attempts, and only 2 were made (which was generous, since the second one was not attempted), and I was not given the opportunity to pick it up at the Blytheville location, nor was I notified by email, text, or phone prior to my items being sent back to the seller. She had nothing to say about that, but after I hung up, I conveniently received a text for a third missed delivery...at 10:15 or so...and then I got text alerts for every stop from here, back to the seller in Alabama! Unfortunately for the seller, I requested a refund, instead of dealing with Blytheville's gem of a UPS location again. Tsk, tsk. Do better.

UPS in Blytheville, AR is HORRIBLE. I found out thru another contact at that location that our driver marked our residence as “Dogs out. Walk backs.” We don’t have dogs outside. Crazy. I am in Marie, AR. Our driver just doesn’t want to do his job. I had a recent package worth over $150 marked as delivered and UPS never came that week not ONCE. I have cameras recording 24/7. I know they didn’t come. Lying lazy thieving drivers. Marking items delivered then stealing them or throwing them in a ditch so they don’t have to work. UPS MANAGER AT BLYTHEVILLE. Please do something!! This is utterly disgusting and disappointing that UPS drivers are allowed to do this. My next step is to start sending all my tracking and notes on this to the contacts I have who are higher up in the company and I will start blowing this up on social media across the county/state from Blytheville to Little Rock. SHAME ON UPS BLYTHVILLE AR MANAGERS AND DRIVERS. Rampant lies and theft of property.

Sender send package as signature required - ups states package was delivered, but it was not.

New info: 5/3...UPS did it to me again....said package was delivered, but it was not...even though it requires my signature. And unfortunately I have another package scheduled for tomorrow -- and it will probably be marked as delivered, but not delivered -- even though my signature is required on that one as well. I've already spoken to one vendor I bought from -- he said he'd reship, but I told him no if the only shipping option is UPS. I just can't believe this...and I've heard nothing on my first claim. Attempts to call or navigate the ups website are a run-around. This has cost me too much time and agravation.

I have no idea how this office has not been shut down. My package was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and every time I call there’s something wrong with their system or any other generic excuse you could think of. For some reason they marked it as a pick up instead of delivery when I clearly put my delivery address on the order. They’re an absolute nightmare to work with. The Blytheville “office” needs to be shut down or completely hire new management and staff.
