They helped us out with a few days in a hotel but the lady who helped was very rude. It's supposed to be her job to be working and helping people in need other then that it was very helpful but needs to consider a more nicer welcoming worker who don't look like they hate there job.

I went to UBAOG to seek assistance, was promised that I would get it. I scheduled an appointment, went to the appt. was told " Oh I wondered why you were still on the scheduled, we ran out of funds" then was told "we can help another way, oops sorry you are over budget." How can someone be overbudget if they are seeking help? Poor satisfaction, and customer service.
