I don't know what all the hype is about. I hate this place. I have an auto loan here and I had a business bank account. Their online services are extremely limited and they only have branches in this area so if you travel you are screwed. Can't even pay the auto payment online. You have to mail it or go in. Not a bank for millennials.

Also, every time I go in there the line is to the door. I needed to speak with a loan officer and went in three different times. I waited in their waiting area and drank burnt coffee for 45 minutes before leaving. THREE TIMES. I took my business elsewhere.

I have been a member at this bank for 13 Years.. This bank is offering False Rates on CDs for a "6 MONTH CERTIFICATE." I put a huge amount of money untouched for 6 months and was supposed to receive 5% even on my Return. well the day my CD maturity date came due, this bank only gave me 2.49% of the promised 5%. I asked more than 20 questions before opening this and was told yes I would receive the full amount after 180 days. I did not. This is just a huge misleading Scam to pull people's money in the banks.. Do not be tricked and hustled like i was. Told the bank staff to have management call me and talk they did not return my call.
Joke! I will be banking elsewhere asap. So if you open a CD be aware YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FULL RETURN!

Our teller, Nicholas, helped us to plan an obnoxious cash gift for Christmas. When this branch didn’t have what we needed, he called around to other branches and arranged it for us. In his willingness to partner up with us, he made sure that we felt like a team on a mission rather than an annoying bother! What a fun trip to the credit union! He also encouraged us in such a natural way to donate to the Christmas collection that we couldn’t resist. You should feel proud to have him as a public facing member of your team!
