I wish I never called these people. First the intake specialist entered my information wrong. Which made everything difficult. Then my information was sent to another law firm Alexander shiphorro. Not sure how to spell the law firms name because we never heard from them. So when I tried to contact them the staff is so unprofessional. Run run. In my opinion they spent a lot on marketing and advertising. I never even received help. I had to fight for a termination letter for it to say they did not want to represent me which is a lie. Who wants an attorney who hires staff that lies, and misrepresents themselves. Do not waste your time.

I was injured in a accident that I was not a fault.I called the firm to see if they can represent me. The firm transfer me three times to answer the same questions about the wreck. The last rep name "Karen" proceeds to ask me the same questions which I declined and ask what company does she work for because I have already gave vital private information and will not give it out again.
