Person who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Very bad attitude unprovoked. Asked one simple question and it clearly set her off for some reason. When we politely repeated our question, the rudeness escalated. Left is stunned and baffled. Any positive review is likely fake. Would never call this line again.

My legal aid attorney told me that even though the park refused my rent which broke the court ordered injunction to move . She should have filed the park broke the law. If I could give negative 100 I would. Thanks to her I lost my home I owned.

I’ve tried to call this place for help twice, a lady calls me back 5 minutes before the line closes and pretends she can’t hear me saying hello even though I can hear her clearly and I’m at home where I have perfect cell reception. Either the organization doesn’t necessarily care to help real people in need or she just doesn’t want to do her job.
