My wife and daughter were the clients of Tobias. I am retired law enforcement, over 20 years. I have dealt with 100s of attorneys in my career. Never…never have I dealt with a more incompetent and lazy attorney. Because we contacted him several times, over 2 years, asking what was going on with the case, Tobias stated we were “bullying” him. I’m sorry, attorneys work for their clients..absolutely no customer service at all. His “win” was a insurance settlement that a trained monkey could have gotten. We had no contact with the other attorney in the firm. His reviews are good…our bad luck of the draw I guess.
