After the pandemic. I received three eviction notices from the former landlord after being a perfect tenant for over 10 years. I was disparate and hopeless not knowing what to do. I was still in college finishing up my last semester. I had nowhere to go and could not find another unit available in the area. It was winter, it was cold and it was the holidays.
