Was contacted by Rob Rich who tried defraud me on behalf of thier client, aledging, in conflict, he was investigating in order for his firm to represent me in a large probate issue and outstanding trusts. The calls were initia/Ed of record from thier side falsely aledging I had left a message seeking consultation. He engaged w me in recorded conversations for over 2 hours after apparently obtaining the probate at issue he wasn't able to disclose who had retained him as clearly it was an inordinate amount of time invested on thier behalf. Senior partner returned call re my concerned and of record acknowledged there was conflict and apologized assuring no further harm on his clients behalf. If contested I'll provide public links to thier disgusting actions.

What can I say beyond our experience has been fantastic! Chip and Alex have gone above and beyond expectations through the entire process. And in addition, they were willing to come to a rehab facility my mother was in (outside, in the midst of summer) to witness and process documents! Shyster- Dupe my mother into a trust at church and then proceeded to milk her through her death. Mr. Scheffel & co prepared an assignment of an insurance policy in '90s; added a will and trust in 2000s; updated them in 2010s, when the trust was no longer required- no real property; then charged over $5k because the insurance policy was not in the trust, had to be added to the trust- adding unintended beneficiaries, which require an extensive agreement! Negligent, yet pleaded ignorance to the existence of the policy, which they drafted and endorsed. We are waiting to see what the CO review board has to say.
