Highly recommend The Witmeyer Law Firm. Our case was complex but Carl took the time to review our evidence and reasons for what we wanted which ultimately led to us hiring his firm. A bonus was he assigned our case to another lawyer within his firm, Zach Cranford. We were very impressed with Zach. He was well prepared and attentive to our needs before, during, and after our case. He was amazing in the courtroom. We walked out with a win. Star is for his amazing secretary. Carl’s disposition is lackluster at best. He lacks the communication skills basic in a relationship one would expect from an attorney. Pushes to settle as opposed to fighting the way I had hoped.

Hiring Carl was the biggest mistake I have made in my life. He makes promises and doesn't keep them, at great cost to his client. I'm sure he was great at one time, but he is past due for retirement. If you are considering hiring him for a divorce, proceed with extreme caution.

Lazy, unprofessional, arrogant, vague. Every meeting with Wes cost me hundreds, every email cost me hundreds, yet I was constantly repeating myself and rehashing old situations. Asking questions doesn't mean you'll get any answers. And all of it comes with a ton of pressure. Always wanted me to just agree with whatever he said over the phone on the spot. I felt like he just wanted it over with. It was obvious he could care less what happened to me. Just get it done. Always made me feel guilty for questioning anything. I fired him and reached an agreement with my ex's attorney on my own. Stay clear of this law firm.
