I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional support and professionalism shown throughout my son's case. After a less-than-pleasant experience with another law firm, this team was truly a breath of fresh air. They took the time to fully understand every detail of the situation, genuinely cared about my son's ability to build a meaningful relationship with his child, and worked tirelessly to bring resolution. Their dedication and compassion were unmatched. Thanks to their efforts, we’ve made incredible progress toward creating a loving and stable environment for my grandson as part of our family. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but gratitude for The Williams Firm. Every single person I interacted with displayed courtesy and politeness despite residing in another state. I was welcomed with open arms at no time notice and represented as the Defendant on a child custody and modification case. Ms. William’s Firm was my second firm to hire for the same process, which was thoughtfully considered and properly guided. Knowledge, Love, and Professionalism flowed which allowed for some much-needed peace of mind. Ms. William’s veracity and dedication will forever hold a place in me. Her genuine advice and patience have taught me new perspectives and new goals. Thank you, Ms. Williams for all the Hard-work, Persistence, and Will! Your team’s passion for Law was such a delight to be a part of during such challenging time. 😊

So I been dealing with control issues with my twin sons mother for 9 years now. The Williams Firms was able to help me get all of my issues solved in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost 🙌🏾. They care, and our conversations were completely genuine. That matters a lot for me personally. People actually caring about you and your situation, and not just going through the motions for payments. It felt as if I was dealing with a close friend or a close family member. I would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking counsel in the area. I can’t thank them enough! I literally got everything I was asked for 🙏🏾.

I highly recommend Karen Brown-Williams as a family law attorney. Karen is an experienced attorney who represented my husband and I as co-defendants in a custody case involving our estranged adult daughter (the plaintiff). Karen consistently maintained integrity while thoroughly analyzing the details of our case. She did an amazing job of helping my husband and I manage our emotions and kept us calm while providing numerous options for consideration. She continued to take a closer objective look at the facts, evidence and issues at hand and helped us better understand the law. Her document preparation was excellent. She kept regular contact with us about the status of our case whether it was via phone calls or emails. Both times we appeared in a hearing with Karen, the judge ruled in our favor. This would not have occurred without her expert legal advice and courtroom experience as an attorney and former judge. If we need any future legal representation, we will most definitely contact The Williams Firm, P.C.

I'd like to be more positive, but my experience with Karen Williams during divorce proceedings did not match the other reviews here. Key issues include week long delays in email communication when we ask, but expecting hourly responses when Karen emails, mistakes in copy pasting key information that directly delays negotiations, lack of attention to detail on key documents (e.g. misspelling country as county, so I had proofread their work). We also received large documents to fill out the day before they were needed, bc Dianna and Karen couldn't coordinate. Finally, when we gently challenged some approaches we received formal letters, as if we were the opposing party! The team may mean well but as test I encourage you to see how easy it is to set up a zoom call with them After you pay, and how effective Dianna the paralegal is with simple document requests. .

First of all I want to thank Ms. Williams for her time. Unfortunately my experience with her firm ended on a very surprising and disappointing manner. I hired the firm for legitimation & custody. Most of the paper work for the legitimation was done by another firm already and all it needed was signatures. Dianna, the legal assistance, first was sending emails to a wrong email, after following up with her couple of times she realized she had misspelled the email address. Then Dianna had names and other misspelling which took some time to get corrected. almost all of my calls to Dianna would not be returned. My calls and emails to the firm would go unanswered and when they finally did return my call or email they would ask for response urgently or call multiple times. There was always a disconnect between Ms. William's and her office. One day out of the blue I get an email from Dianna stating that the judge has signed the legitimation paper and that my case was closed and that they were wishing me well. I paid and hired the firm for custody & legitimating.

I've dwelled on writing this review for a while because I'm still trying to figure out where the pieces fell short and how such a promising beginning could end disappointedly. I emailed Dianna and called Ms. Williams but haven't heard back in weeks.

Karen Brown Williams is amazing. She has assisted me with the best course of action in maintaining custody of my four grandkids. She was previously a judge in Cobb County Superior Court. She will give you excellent representation in numerous disputes including divorce, and child custody issues.
She can also defend you in cases where you may have lost your job because of age, race, or gender discrimination. If I'm a person seeking an attorney I would want an attorney that's connected, and Knows how the court works behind the screens.
Please don't hesitate to call her. I promise you won't be disappointed.
