There was an old white man wearing glasses who was very rude. He didn't even say hello when he came in. It was as if the customer owed him millions.

I had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store in the Eastland Center recently. I needed to ship a delicate item and was pretty unsure about the best way to pack it. The staff there were super helpful and friendly. They suggested just the right packaging, which was a relief because I was worried about the item getting damaged. The whole process was surprisingly quick and didn't cost as much as I thought it would. They also set me up with a tracking number so I could keep an eye on my package. It's great to see such dedicated customer service. I'll definitely be going back to The UPS Store at Eastland Center next time I need to ship something.

I had a bad experience specifically with employee JUAN and another female heavy built white with glasses. I spent over $69 total including a $5 packing fee for the worst customer experience ever! He started off nice but ended up showing a lot of attitude and was super passive aggressive over me asking a question nicely. The female co made a snarky comment and glared at me for the rest of the transaction…making the situation so much more uncomfortable! They kept dodging my question, giving me dirty looks of disapproval, and rude replies. I would recommend the employees be patient and kind to customers trying to understand!

I'm a frequent shopper online and as a frequent shop around line I am subject to a number of discrepancies and items purchased online. The UPS store always cops me out with every step of the way including printing out a label if needed. On top of all that customer service is top notch. Very patient and knowledgeable I highly recommend UPS to anybody who has shipping needs

Very satisfied with the kind and friendly service I have received at this store. I have been to many different UPS stores but this store is by far the best one I have been to.
