I went in on Saturday to have a passport photo taken of my 18 month old. All staff members were patient, friendly and efficient. We were in and out within 10 minutes, even though the photo had to be taken a few times due to my child moving around. Highly recommend this store!

This location On Altama Avenue in Brunswick, Georgia is fantastic!
I have used this location for many years while I’ve lived in the Brunswick area and they’ve never disappointed in their services. Recently I needed to utilize them for printing services.
Kaylee was over the top professionally! She was extremely patient while I was trying to navigate the technology of my phone to transfer emails into print. Not only was I appreciative of her patience, but the efficiency and quickness of the print job was beyond what I was expecting And very reasonably priced. Although the store is always busy, she kept me in the loop as far as the print job and it’s progress.
The following day I had to return to complete the transfer of emails into print. Both Brandon & Claire were so helpful in expediting my order! Hopefully they will be recognized as an asset to the company!!

I had custom stickers made, and the process was incredibly easy. Brandon was helpful and professional, ensuring they were perfect. The stickers are high-quality and beautiful, and I am extremely happy with them. I highly recommend Brandon and the UPS store for all your printing needs.

I’m truly amazed at how bad the customer service is at UPS. We shipped a package from Brunswick, Georgia to Douglasville, Georgia and UPS was not only late delivering our package—they managed to completely lose the *very expensive item* that we shipped and replace it with brown paper bags! I don't know how that level of negligence is even possible.

To top it all off, the customer service representatives that I have managed to speak to have been extremely rude and royally unhelpful. The employees at the Brunswick UPS store were very helpful and tried to resolve the situation, but the interactions I had with the UPS corporate customer service team was abysmal.

When I attempt to access their “UPS Capital Dashboard,” I’m unable to view any of the letters that they allegedly sent me, as when I click the links, it directs me back to the login screen over and over again.

This is a spectacular display of poor customer service that I never thought possible!

Maybe you should warn customers that when they ship with your company, they are very likely to not ever receive their item and that it may be completely replaced and re-packaged with brown paper bags.

After a frustrating circle of phone calls, emails and using their inept "online dashboard," the ultimate lesson I learned from UPS was "If you don't purchase the $100 insurance policy on any shipped item, we're going to purposefully lose your package."

I shipped a gift to my son’s grandmother in Alabama. Magically the ring and personalized cup is missing but her dress is in the box. My package shows it sat at this location from 12/21 to 12/24. This is the only location that had my item for more than two hours on the shipment details. I went to the store and was told to file a claim, maybe the box was damaged. The box had NO damage but new tape on it. I came here to check for comments to see if there’s a pattern. Welp look at that. The last comment shows expensive items missing as well!!!

I went in to this store and I was greeted by a young man by the name of Brandon. I introduced myself and let him know I was inquiring about employment and he basically told me there was no point because the hiring manager or staff isn't in the store or hardly ever is, and that they have thousands of applications on file already. I proceeded to ask him if there was anyone else I could speak with about my application or if there was a district office I could contact and he told me no this particular UPS was a franchise and not worth the time. It was very disheartening and discouraging at the time and also very rude.

I’ve used this location to ship packages to my friend out of state and the staff is always kind and make the process very easy! The crew is very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful about anything I have questions about.

Brandon was extremely professional, friendly and happy to help. My shipment was a large gaming cabinet that was very heavy. He helped me get the product through the store and was super helpful. The product shipped perfectly and he ensured I had tracking. Thanks Brandon, I look forward to seeing you at our local ups location again!
