Miss Kris was referred to me by another unavailable StanCo notary. Did I luck out. I was in a critical time crunch to complete closing docs on an out of state home sale. Kris somehow appeared out of fairy dust and sat with me for at least two hours working through a ream of docs that presented several hiccups, and while also managing to break away briefly to honor another appointment. She herded me through with warm humor and confidence, wowing me with her knowledge, resourcefulness, versatility, communications, and flexibility. I’ve completed numerous home closings and other legal docs going back several decades and never have I felt so confident with any other notary. She then happily jumped up for family court docs and another out of state home purchase closing. After some hundred signatures, I cannot recommend Miss Kris highly enough. She is highly accessible and her service is impeccable.

I’ve used Kris a couple of times now during the last couple of years with Covid around. She’s always been accommodating, coming to where I needed to meet her. The flexibility is great, not having to drive to an office for a signing is excellent. She’s been very knowledgeable on signing procedures and I’ve never had a problem with the documents she’s signed. Price has been very reasonable, especially considering the time savings and convenience of her coming to me. Would highly recommend.
