From our first phone conversation, Adrienne (Case Manager) expressed compassion and understanding about my claim, and this was very comforting for me while providing her the details. Her caring and empathic responses assured me that I was not alone, and this encouraged me to not give up. The firm did not take me as a client; however, Adrienne went above and beyond (second conversation) to still assist me with an unforeseen, time sensitive issue. Let me just say that with her standing in the gap and briefly advocating on my behalf, I received an immediate response, and proceeding results! Called for assistance with a case. There was no call back even though I called several times and I was told a follow up was eminent. This is disrespectful to folks trying to get legal help and puts a light on the kind of low-down unprofessional firm this is. They could at least say we are overwhelmed or are not can’t taking any new cases right now—that would be the decent thing to say. I suspect that they’re looking at cases that will make them the most money as to which ones they’ll contact back. As someone else wrote in the review you’re told that they are working on a major case, so your situation holds no priority. The woman that answers the phone was rude and acted like she was not interested or didn’t care about the call. She kept saying she had other calls and something else to do. I don’t know what her position or name because she never identified herself, but it was the same person every time I would call. Another lawyer recommended this firm and I called him back and told him that he should never do that again because they are awful. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone except as a complaint !!! I moved on to another firm that listened and was awarded a large amount of restitution.

I feel like Julia Robert’s in her scene as Vivian in the film “Pretty Woman”, where she goes to a Rodeo Drive boutique whose employees originally refused to help her because of the way she was dressed. Second time round, outfitted in a floppy hat and button-down white dress – her arm a bar on which a hundred bags have been hung – she strides up to the sales clerk and asks, ​“Do you work on commission?” The woman confirms she does. ​“Big mistake. Huge!” Vivian says, gloating in the face of the stunned clerk, alluding to the commission she could have made if only she’d agreed to help the first time around. 😋

Let me first express that I have not been represented by this law firm. My rating is solely based on my experience with Adrienne who answered the phone to do intake. She had excellent client relations skills, very understanding, very warm, and made me feel like there was still hope even though they were not able to assist me because that’s not the type of cases they take.
