The best place to get your taxes done. Ms. Sheila was fast and super helpful. Everything went very smoothly, from start to finish. The appointment process to paying for services at the end of appointment. Called on a Friday, and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Highly recommend. Will be returning next year.

Would not recommend her services as a professional. It took an extremely long time to complete taxes despite having all my information. We then decided to go back for the formation of an LLC. We went to a meeting, 30-40 minute appointment for the formation and discussion of information we wanted in our operating agreement. 2 1/2 months went by and i contacted her multiple times. We finally requested a refund and she suggested that her services would be rendered for free given her loosing our information. ONE week after This suggestion , i email with changes and she states that we did not want her to complete the LLC. If you are a professional, I would not recommend her services. For taxes on people in the lower tax brackets, she seems to be able to complete there stuff on time. This is my opinion! The fact that she attempts to blame rhe customer for her delays and unprofessional is bewildering in my opinion.

The unprofessionalism that she displays is unbearable for anyone trying to handle business. We went to her office which was a waste of time because she didn't get any of our information down as she claimed then ignores our calls for MONTHS AFTER WE PAID HER for her to finally reply and sat she doesn't have our information on file then when we finally got in contact with her SHE WAS SO RUDE IT WAS INSANE. I WOULD never recommend her Shannon claims she offered to do the work for free I will send anyone the email she sent us mm saying she would do it for free then claiming since we took a week to review the operating agreement she didn't do it AFTER IT TOOK HER MONTHS TO EVEN SAY SHE DIDNT HAVE OUR INFORMATION ON FILE WAY AFTER WE PAID HER AND SHE GAVE US THE RUN AROUJD FOR MONTHS!!!!!!!!°° SHE DIDNT DO THE WORK AT ALL Horrible experience

I am editing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Looks are deceiving. From their presentation everything looks very professional and that is exactly what you will be paying for is looks rather than timely, services. It took the office forever to get my taxes completed. I gave it 3 stars because the office was apologetic, and completed the service without any issues. Plus, they did not hide from their mistake and returned my calls and emails promptly related to the super delayed tax service. Not to mention the owner is very polite. If it weren't for that I would have given them 1 star. However, there are 3 things you need in tax services, 1) Efficiency 2) Timeliness 3) Customer Service. They got 2 out of 3 so not terrible however definitely not 5 Stars. I wish I could have given the Tax Lady 5 Stars but you need all 3 Business Attributes to earn Five Stars!
