This is my personal opinion and experience with this firm and individual.

I would like to begin my review by emphasizing the highly contentious nature of my custody battle and co-parenting journey. Despite being informed about this, Jennifer Spear, who was appointed by the court to handle our case, conducted herself in an unprofessional and disgraceful manner.

Jennifer Spear is an utterly repulsive individual who is completely unfit to serve as a GAL. She shamelessly favors the party with deeper pockets, displaying a complete lack of integrity. Her deceitful and underhanded tactics are truly despicable. It is abundantly clear that she has no genuine concern for the well-being of the child involved. In a gross violation of professional boundaries, she divulges sensitive case information to the child, which is entirely inappropriate. She consistently denies the non-custodial parent a fair opportunity to present their case. From the very beginning, she colluded with my co-parent to concoct a scheme aimed at trapping me into making a mistake. She brazenly snatched my child from her extracurricular activity, without any explanation or introduction, and had the audacity to make me feel like I was in the wrong for questioning her actions. Even after this incident, she deliberately avoided introducing herself to me for weeks, clearly indicating that she had already formed a biased relationship with my child and my co-parent. Furthermore, she completely disregards any form of communication with the non-custodial parent, showing a complete lack of professionalism and fairness.

Jennifer Spear not only turns a blind eye to the custodial parent's bitter behavior, but she also actively approves of it. In a recorded phone call, she openly admitted that my ex was unwilling to cooperate for the sake of our child due to lingering resentment from our past relationship. Despite being aware of this, she continued to support my ex's efforts to alienate me from my child. Shockingly, she even stooped so low as to make derogatory remarks about my one-year-old child with my new wife, despite there being absolutely no evidence to support such claims. She completely disregarded my concerns and denied me the opportunity to provide an explanation. Instead, she actively supported my ex's bullying tactics against my new spouse and our children. Jennifer Spear is an utterly miserable individual who deserves every bit of negativity that comes her way.

Jennifer Spear holds the belief that if you co-parent with someone, you should not strive for personal growth or pursue new relationships. According to her, having additional children is deemed "traumatic" for the child you share, and she considers it as a sign of being an unfit parent. It is important to note that these opinions are solely directed towards the non-custodial parent, as Jennifer seems to support the custodial parent regardless of their actions, whether they are positive or negative.

Jennifer Spear appears to prioritize petty drama over fulfilling her responsibilities and acting in the best interest of the child. Despite being involved in my case for nearly two years, her recommendation was poorly written, riddled with numerous mistakes, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism.

Jennifer actively supported my ex-partner's actions, which involved encouraging my child to invade my wife's privacy by snooping through her bathroom. As a result, my child discovered a pregnancy test. My child then informed their other parent about what they had found, and that parent went as far as to Google pregnancy tests and make my child identify the specific one they had seen. Jennifer Spear was fully involved in this incident and supported the emotional abuse inflicted upon my child by their other parent.

I strongly advise staying away from Jennifer Spear and her firm. If she is assigned to your case, it is crucial to vigorously advocate for her removal. She is not a good person and will not contribute positively to improving your co-parenting relationship.
