The lawyer Mr. Price is such unprofessional and no responsibility to my case. Doing work even without complete reading and understand the contract. I am so unlucky to hire this firm.

This is one of the most unprofessional disorganized law firms I have ever worked with, Heather was the attorney who accepted the case, she never answered her phone or returned calls. Spoke to her one time on the phone, she charged me 1700 dollars and didn't show up in court and to add insult to injury, Josh Price had the audacity to send a bill. Heather didn't show up stating she was sick and we sat there with no lawyer, they didn't even send another attorney. She sent this long email explaining her condition but i was billed for it. I am most definitely going after this firm and hope they don't rip other people off. Then when i called to enquire about the bill he hung up on me, i cant wait to send all this to the board

I’ve been a client with The Price Law Firm for 3 years. If you want a firm that will aggressively represent you, they are the ones to go with. The Price Law Firm is efficient and extremely capable. Josh is hungry to dismantle the opposing counsel with his intelligence and knowledge of the law like the back of his hand. He’s able to get opposing counsel so flustered they can’t speak straight. Jennifer handled my 1st deposition and proved herself to be exceptionally brilliant getting the truth out of the opposition, setting a great foundation for my case. Heather has always been a great help too. The only reason my case has been ongoing so long is from numerous delays from the other side every chance they get, and of course COVID.
Bottom line— If you want to win and have your case handled like you’re family, The Price Law Firm is your BEST choice.
Regarding any negative reviews, from my experience with Josh and his team, it’s got to be YOUR issues, not theirs.

Josh is a phenomenal attorney. When we needed help he returned our call in minutes on a Sunday. Had a really disappointing experience. Hired the law firm to assist with the tenant breaking the lease. They sent one certified letter that eventually never been delivered as it has returned to me. They never followed up with an email or tried to reach the tenant in any other way including their work address. They also prepared some other standard letter that was irrelevant to my situation. When I pointed out that the situation was described in their letter was inaccurate and did not apply to our case, they told me that I provided them with wrong information and charged me a total of 1025 dollars for their work. To add insult to injury they were extremely rude and blamed me for everything. Absolute waste of time and money. Please use someone else.

I've probably written a review over the years, but I'll write another. The Price Law Firm has been my rock over the past 5 years dealing with a rent stabilization case and an aggressively dishonest landlord. We won and continue to win each case. They have so many clients and they always make me feel like I'm their only one. They listen to every worry I have (I have many) and explain everything thoroughly while assuring me I have their full support. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 5 is not enough.

I used this law firm for a complex litigation situation. Heather is an excellent litigator and knows her stuff. This case was ongoing for several years as litigation has many steps to it and is involved. Even in my anxiousness over the situation, Heather took the time to thoroughly explain everything step-by-step which has been so much appreciated. Anyone involved in a legal situation MUST have all their documentation in order and be involved in the process as well. This is what makes things move along. I'm very satisfied with the results which went in my favor. I highly recommend them for real estate litigation cases.

Awesome lawyer. Called him about a landlord issue and he talked to me for 15 minutes with great recommendations. Really appreciated his honesty and how to do it myself if I wanted. Felt like I was talking to a friend or family attorney. Will definitely retain if necessary.
