I was traveling to North Carolina on a traveling nursing assignment.
I went to this small family-owned business and found them because I was looking for a FedEx to print out something that I needed, but couldn't find one, (gps addresses were wrong).
This friendly print shop printed my four pages for $0.85!
The customer service was great and Bob Marley was playing in the background. :))

The counter person that was helping me knew about the history and the owners.
I appreciate small business owners in their communities that are very fair with the pricing of their products.

I recommend this place and I like the service that I received.
Realistically, why are companies still asking us to print things for our signature, not too many people still have printers in their homes, and they can use a fillable PDF file.

This is a great place. When in the Federal Government's wisdom they closed a very popular Post Office, these folks stepped right in and make a place 10X better than any U.S. Post Office. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Jordan does a great job running the place. I can't say enough good things about this happy place.

This place is terrific! Very fair pricing on packing and shipping. Also the candy is good. The person that gave a bad review because of the postal mailboxes outside is way off base. The mailboxes have nothing to do with the Pack N Post. I too had a check white washed likely from these boxes. Lesson learned. Take you mail into the PO.

Conveniently located, The Pack-N-Post, offers mailing, shipping, and myriad other services. Above all this, the customer service is excellent. Jordan and his team are patient, knowledgeable and kind. Instead of walking into a loud, dusty building, I was greeted by smooth jazz, on the radio and welcoming surroundings. I was expecting something more like an actual post-office-type environment and was pleasantly surprised by the laid-back atmosphere. Although the atmosphere may be laid-back, the staff is competent and hardworking. If a member of the staff doesn't know the answer to your question, sure enough, another one will. They take their time with customers and make sure you're equipped with the information you need. This is a great place to do business.

In the last 3 months I have had 2 bills TAKEN OUT of one of the blue mail boxes here. The person washed both checks and rewrote exactly what he wanted them to say. This person tried to get money out of my checking account. It's been a nightmare and this person, this their is walking among us.

I will be using The Pack-N-Post for all of my future shipping needs without hesitation!!! After being turned away from a national brand that was not willing/able to assist me with returning a large rug- the gentleman at The Pack-N-Post was the MOST accommodating, pleasant, efficient!! I was in and out in less than 2 minutes and was ecstatic at he overall experience. To others who I have written that the business is warm, welcoming etc I agree! No reason not to use this business!!

I had the best customer experience I've had in ages!!!

INeeded a box to ship a bicycle wheel. I went in to buy a box and packing materials. I was given a free box they were "trying to get rid of". The gentleman then offered to pack , tape etc the package for me. I asked how much I owed - nothing! I did pay.

To top it off, they don't ship UPS...I left and was at my car, putting the UPS label on the box when the gentleman appeared and pointed to a UPS truck, brought the package to the driver so I "didn't have to make another stop". I've not had a customer experience like that in forever. We'll use them for any shipping needs, forget the big brands...go local!!!

Priority mail sent to a box at this place was lost by employees at the Pack-n-post. USPS tracked the package and said GPS put it at the dock at this place yet the employees can't find it anywhere. The manager of this place is a joke - he could care less about his customers. When I complained, all he did is say oh well. I cancelled my box, which I paid over $100 for 6 months, yet only used it for about a month. Even though they lost the package, they refused to offer any refund of the money already paid. This is how they make a profit - by hurting customers Terrible customer service.
