I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Working with MVP Law Group has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

Over the span of several weeks, I sent multiple messages requesting basic updates on my case and clarification about appointments and record submissions. Most of these messages went unanswered, and when I did receive a reply, it was vague or significantly delayed. One of the most frustrating moments was when I received a call from a medical office a few days before a scheduled evaluation—an appointment that was crucial to my case—and it was the first time I was even hearing about it. MVP Law Group never informed me about this evaluation at all.

When I showed up to said appointment, I was informed that none of my medical records had been sent over by the office. Mind you, I turned these records over to my case manager months before and had been assured that these would be submitted to my doctor. This was a huge ball drop on their end and could compromise my entire case.

What’s even more disappointing is that I’m not alone in this experience. Several of my former coworkers who also used MVP Law Group have shared the same concerns—poor communication, lack of transparency, and an overall sense that clients are not being prioritized.

The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. If you’re looking for a legal team that communicates clearly and keeps you informed, I recommend exploring other options.

However, one area for improvement would be the front desk staff. I found the guy who answers the phone to be a bit rude, which can be off-putting. I recommend getting your case managers direct extension so you can bypass the front desk and go straight to someone who genuinely cares.

Overall, I highly recommend Raul and this firm for anyone needing legal assistance! Thank you, Raul, for everything!
