Being on Worker's Comp has been a crazy experience! HOWEVER, with the help of Penny & Sam holding my hand through this whole experience I have been able to come out on the other side feeling like I had been heard and taken care of! In my opinion, there is NO ONE better than these two women who fought for me every step of the way! Penny took care to explain every phase, every step, every legality we needed to consider. She fought for my care! And Sam, her Paralegal, was always chill and knew exactly how to get me to laugh and relax! Response time to my questions was always timely. Explanations were always thorough and made in everyday language! Was I the only client they had? No. Did I FEEL like I was their #1 priority? Absolutely!

If you are looking for the best penny is just who you are looking for. Penny and Sam saved me and my family when we needed it the most. If you try calling and they are busy you can expect a call back same day or at very least an email. Never pushy and always open about all options. They are happy to repeat and explain more for any questions I had and still have. They never got frustrated or irritated with me when they had to repeat the same answers over and over or when I had to call every day with new questions. The don't treat you like a client but family. I can't say enough about this amazing firm.
