John Barlow is my former trustee's attorney. He needs to be disbarred. He altered notarized documents of bonds that my parents gave to me so he can give my 3 bonds to his client who was my trustee. She was also in on it. I took trustee to court regarding her stealing my car that was given to me from my parents trust and Barlow altering a Schedule B (Bonds) document. The judge
ordered Barlow and former
Trustee to give back the car to me and also give the 3 bonds back to me. That was July 15th. It is now Sept. 21st and I still do not have the 3 bonds or the car. Barlow and trustee did not comply so my attorney had to do a petition of noncompliance and that the trustee is in it for her own benefit. I just ran into trustee today at my bank of all places and she lives out of state and has the nerve to say to me "arent you going to thank me for bringing the car back". John Barlow has my car and I dont even know if trustee did damage to my car . The last I saw of my car it only had 7,800 miles on it. I wonder how many miles the car has now. The only reason she brought the car back is because my attorney wrote a petition of noncompliance of a court order. This has been over 2 1/2
months that she did not comply. I have been fighting in court for over 2 1/2 years regarding trustee not doing her fudiciary duty to me a 60% beneficiary. John Barlow has a really bad reputation and he is known as "SHADY". I dont understand why he Is not
disbarred. I dont understand that Barlow would let the trustee do such horrible things to me and let her get away with
it. This is a trustee that has a fiduciary obligation to me as a 60% beneficiary.
The 2 of them have made my life a living hell. Because of all this I havent even been able to morn for my dad. If I were you I stay completely away from John Barlow. John Barow is not an honest person. He is in it for the money and GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MUCH OF MY TRUST MONEY HE HAS RECEIVED SO FAR. He also wont give me the 60% beneficary an accounting of my parents trust. Last year in September he said there
was over 1 million dollars in my parents trust. He has never done an actual accounting for me. I wonder why? What Is the trustee who happens to be a 5% beneficiary , John Barlow and the other 5% beneficiaries hiding from me.
Barlow claims this is all untrue so why did the court order him to give me back my $52,000 worth of bonds that he and his client stole from me. After Barlow was confronted by my brother who I called and told him that Barlow took my name off of a legal document than Barlow goes ahead and makes 3 more copies of the 1 document that was in the trust and makes it look like my mom and dad did not know who to give the bonds too. John Barlow is a scumbag, a lying thief, and a SHADY attorney.
He needs to be DISSBARRED. Barlow fraudulently taking my name off of bond document meant that I would NOT RECEIVE ANY BONDS but his client would recieve all of my 3 bonds. 2 weeks before my father passed away MY FATHER ASKED me " if I wanted my bonds now or later".I did not answer him because he was dying. I knew I was always getting bonds from the time I can remember. Also
power of Attorney Sharon Zwicker told me I was getting bonds. I would never believe that an attorney WOULD BE THAT DIRTY AND CROOKED TO DO SUCH A THING. BUT THEN THE TRUSTEE AND JOHN BARLOW STEALS THE CAR THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY DAD FROM TRUST..I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS TO RECEIVE A CAR.
I FINALLY RECEIVED Car BACK FROM A COURT ORDER BUT CAR WAS DAMAGED AND IT COST ME $3000 TO GET IT FIXED AND $200 TO GET IT CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT.
.THE CAR LOOKED 20 YEARS OLD WHEN THE CAR WAS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD WHEN MY DAD DIED AND LEFT IT TO ME. NOT BARLOWS CLIENT.
WITH ONLY 7,800 MILES ON IT. WHEN TRUSTEE AND JOHN BARLOW FINALLY GAVE ME
BACK MY CAR AND IT HAD OVER 16,700 MILES.
Barlow does not have any morals.Barlow says "I am an angry woman" No I AM mortified, horrified, and disguised that State Bar Association and court of law doesnt do anything about attorneys that think they are above the law .Barlow
needs to be disbarred.
