James Justice is an excellent attorney. He’s thorough, he holds nothing back- but he’s also situationally sensitive at the same time (which I’m guessing is rare ). He is extremely smart in the most proactive way. He has a way of pulling questions from you that you might not have thought to ask ; and highlighting scenarios you would never have considered. James is a combination of a a dynamic short stop for his clients and a closing pitcher against his competition. I highly recommend him for almost any legal matter . He also has a phenomenal office staff. Thorough, straight to the point, caring, knowledgeable , and aggressive, James is exactly what you seek when you need a great legal mind.

Research and ask a ridiculous amount a questions before paying a cent. And make sure he actually listens to you as his client, not who you’re going up against in court, or the opposing lawyer. I paid almost $8,000 (eight thousand dollars) for his services. Seemed to pretend to listen, but did not one thing to benefit myself or my two children or protect my children, regardless of the outstanding amount of evidence (over 400 pages worth of screen shots and then some), I came out going through more heck fire then when we started. Worst decision of my life. Do your research and ask around, ask questions. Don’t settle for a name.

James Justice is not only a great attorney, but also a very nice gentleman. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law. He will work hard to resolve any legal issues you may have while not breaking the budget. I am 100% proud to recommend his services.

We needed legal counsel for a serious and delicate matter. Counselor Justice quickly understood the complexity of our situation and was able to provide me with not only a solution but choices. His initial consultation was most valuable and we were 100% satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Mr. Justice. His quick assessment and subject matter expertise is excellent. He's a family man and has an intuitive instinct that is quite rare these days. Thanks to Mr Justice!

Some people are gifted to perform in their chosen professions; thus is the case for Mr. James Justice. My situation was a family matter and although not unusual, definitely sensitive in nature. After I completed the online contact form, I was contacted in a short time by the very professional administrative staff. Shortly after that, I received a call from Mr. Justice. My conversation with him was very pleasant and he was very informative about the process, what to expect. The conversation did not feel rushed and I had the confidence that he was the type of attorney that would work hard on my case. A lot of times, we can enter into an agreement with attorneys and you expect them to be mechanical and view you as just another client, but my experience was totally opposite. I felt like my case and my situation was important. Mr. Justice was attentive, offered sound advice and seemed genuinely concerned. I highly recommend this law firm. I would want him to represent me in a court proceeding. Look at his name James B. JUSTICE. Call his office today. You'll be glad that you did. I already told him, but I will share with the readers of this review also. His staff are just as professional. You have to talk to the administrative staff before you can speak with the executive. My experience with both the Intern and the permanent young lady was professional. They are polite and they follow up.

A few months back my daughter found herself in need of a lawyer. Through word of mouth we were told about James Justice. We contacted him and an appointment was made quickly. He walked us through everything and prepared us for court. He is a people person and he listens to his client’s needs. I would highly recommend James Justice if you find yourself in need of a good attorney.

If I could award 10 stars to James Justice - I would without hesitation. During a recent consultation with him regarding a family law matter, he did more (in 30 minutes!) to put my mind at ease regarding the law, it's implications in my case and an actionable plan tailored specifically for me (should it be needed) than all of my layman efforts to research my situation combined. He is personable, down-to-earth and can articulate complex legal matters in a language that is completely understandable by anyone and he delivers it with a wry sense of humor and compassion. I'm proud to endorse him, his legal services and his responsive and remarkable staff as well - I appreciate every one of them for their help in my time of need.
