James Justice is an excellent attorney. He’s thorough, he holds nothing back- but he’s also situationally sensitive at the same time (which I’m guessing is rare ).

He is extremely smart in the most proactive way. He has a way of pulling questions from you that you might not have thought to ask ; and highlighting scenarios you would never have considered. James is a combination of a a dynamic short stop for his clients and a closing pitcher against his competition. I highly recommend him for almost any legal matter . Research and ask a ridiculous amount a questions before paying a cent. And make sure he actually listens to you as his client, not who you’re going up against in court, or the opposing lawyer. I paid almost $8,000 (eight thousand dollars) for his services. Seemed to pretend to listen, but did not one thing to benefit myself or my two children or protect my children, regardless of the outstanding amount of evidence (over 400 pages worth of screen shots and then some), I came out going through more heck fire then when we started. Worst decision of my life. Do your research and ask around, ask questions. Don’t settle for a name.
