My name is Colby. I am a Canadian citizen that was falsely accused of sexual assault during a trip to Denver. I faced life imprisonment. Thankfully while I was incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing my family called the Eichner Law firm. Ken got me out on a bond and while they prepared my case, I climbed 14-ers with an ankle bracelet-tracking device that I had to wear. It was the worst situation of my life. Ken and the team had a mind-set and discipline that allowed them to blow right through obstacles. Honestly, there were nights when I thought I would never be with my family again. After months of preparation we went to court. Eichner was a master of cross examination. After presenting my case with cutting edge technology, after two days and 14 hours of cross examination, the judge dismissed the case. I am now back in my country, and have 2 wonderful kids. Who knows what would have happened had these guys not gone to war for me.

I hired Eichner Law and can tell you is that this is a criminal defense firm that knows how to win. It was a stressful case that involved being falsely accused by the prosecution. What was remarkable, and frightening, was that even after it became apparent that I was innocent the government doubled down on its efforts to put me in jail. Fortunately, Kenneth Eichner showed incredible legal prowess in the courtroom. After months of hearings the prosecutor dismissed my case on the brink of the jury trial. There is no firm like this.
