I had a great experience to a very trying time. The person that helped me the most was Jennifer C. I told her from the beginning that I will be calling once a week to check in to see my progress. She said no problem 95% of times she picked up the call and when she was unable, she called me back. My case was handled quickly and efficiently. She was always super polite and super helpful. It was a complete waste of time. Details of the accident pictures of the accident were given which were determined that they would take my case. We went to PT appointments, no one ever came to see my car for damages. I was given a call a 8 months in to verify all of the details of the accident to be told that they did not have all of the details of the accident correct and that they would be submitting the paperwork to the court. It's been 9 months for me to get an email with document stating that they can not take my case. I call the office for me to be told sorry for not letting you know sooner. Basically told me that there are plenty of other law firms out there that might take my case and they could forward my documents there. Its been 9 months without a car, 9 months of waiting with being told that there could be some compensation and Basically to be told sorry we can't help. Do not recommend this firm and communication has been the worst.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your firm. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I want to make it clear that I will never be recommending or using your services again.

Your firm overcharged me, took home more money than I was awarded, and added on outrageous fees that were completely unjustified. Charges for “office costs” such as printing, paper, and software are completely unacceptable. These are basic operational expenses that should be absorbed by your firm—not passed on to the client. It feels like every possible angle was used to take more money from my settlement, with little to no regard for the fact that I was the one who was rear-ended and left to deal with the aftermath, along with my two minor children.

I came to your firm hoping for support and a fair outcome. Instead, I was met with robotic responses and a clear focus on one thing: getting me to sign the settlement breakdown, regardless of my concerns. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no effort to work with me when I expressed dissatisfaction. I felt like just another number on your caseload—not a person who went through a traumatic experience with her children.

This firm clearly prioritizes profit over people. The lack of transparency, compassion, and ethical billing practices is appalling. I regret ever placing my trust in your team.
