Had my brother pay childsupport when he draws ssi. And the paper work says exempted for ssi it is not to be counted as income. A lawyer that does not know the difference between ssi and ssdi. Several
lawyers told me it is ssi and Can Not Be counted as income on childsupport work sheet. It is the law black and white. Now we are having to fix what we payed him to do. A very bad experience. I hope he read this and goes and studies the laws.
