I had the pleasure of working with Gia, Lupe and LaQuittis. They handled my case very professionally and just the way I like it. I had no problems with communication. They communicated just enough as they know I am a busy person so they did not overly call me just to bother me with how am I doing questions? They called me when I needed to know things that were going on with my case. Yes, they settled and I was very happy with the settlement and my offer and gladly accepted it. I most certainly will be going to & recommending CP Law if I ever need them in the future.

UPDATE: So it has been almost 1 year since my case was settled. Well I have gotten a medical bill that was supposed to have been paid from the settlement. I have tried on multiple attempts to contact the firm. They are very evasive. No one will call me back. I wish every day that I would have gone with my gut instinct and not dealt with them at all. At this point, I literally have nothing nice to say about this firm. I guarantee I would have done better representing my self.

This was not a good experience. Something told me not to deal with this law group. The case passes through too many hands. The majority of the calls were asking how I was doing, or to inform me that another individual would now be handling the case. That person would introduce themselves but had no substantial information regarding the case to provide. They will settle on an amount without even consulting with you to see if you want to accept the offer. The communication is lacking. They do not settle in your best interest. They settle in their best interest. Basically this was a long and drawn out process that produced minimal results. They are nice, however very evasive and don't answer questions with straightforward answers; and, they don't follow up with answers. James was supposed to follow up with me to answer some questions that I had regarding the settlement,
but after several months, he still has not. I was very disappointed with the outcome. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this law firm I repeat do not use this so-called law firm. They are unprofessional. They are very slow and I believe that they are holding my money blaming it on USAA when I have had multiple dealings with USAA and they pay out as quickly as possible and get things handled. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so-called law firm. I am currently reaching out to my friend at channel 5 news to do an investigation on how this law firm is conducting business. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

These people are full of it! I was in a head-on collision in 2018 and they did not do the work that they claim they were going to do, Told me there would be no money whatsoever then after hiring another attorney, I found out they settled the case for Little of nothing, they pulled their fees out and sent me the difference then I just found out today several years later that they place the lien on my house for the fees that they already collected! There are nothing but criminals over there
