I see the positive reviews here are for Daniel. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to work with him. If you are interested in working with attorneys that return calls, respond to emails, or do what the say they will do, I suggest you keep looking. I would not recommend Ms. Foster-Jones or Mr. Criner for even the simplest of legal filings.

This firm is amazing. I had no idea what to do without their guidance in Consumer Law. I had a problem with a a Home Improvement Contractor. And Daniel was the first one to call. Daniel is a very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and insightful lawyer. Daniel always called and followed up with my claim. Thank God for Daniel. I highly recommend Daniel 100%. I thank my lucky stars that I got to work with Mr. Vall-Llobera. My case was complicated and not a guaranteed win, and he really saved the day for me. He was compassionate, understanding, and knew every detail of my case in and out. In the courtroom he was a rockstar and handled many objections from the defense without breaking a sweat. He also provided excellent advisement for navigating part of the case in another state, and made sure my lawyer there was as prepared as he was. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I reached out to this law firm regarding a tenant/landlord issue. The call was picked up by Justin, who listened to my situation and asked me to send him an email with lease and other documents, and told me he will discuss with his colleague who has more experience in this field and get back to me. For weeks after this initial conversation, I couldn't get a response from him at all after reaching out multiple times by phone and email. I as a customer was completely abandoned with no answer whatsoever.
