I was hesitant to contact an attorney. My insurance initially wanted to assume responsibility. I’ve been an officer for 27 years and investigated my share of traffic accident. My insurance disregarded even wanting to view the pictures I had taken at the scene. It was at that point I decided to contact The Advocates. Mark Stewart was given the police report and my pictures and statement. He believed I had a good case. Mark was great to stay in contact with me and give me updates on my case. He and his staff explained the process and what to expect.
At one point the responsible party did not fully disclose all his available insurance. This prolonged the process. I feel that I was compensated for the withheld information. I am very pleased with the staff of The Advocates. I believe the settlement that I received was fair. Mark treated me like he truly cared about my well being.
I believe, I very well could have died that morning. I praise God I’m still here.

We had a great event this past Saturday with The Advocates! The Mutt Madness pet adoption really tugged on our listeners hearts and compelled them to show up, meet perspectives pets (dogs & cats) and further compelled Bob-FM listeners to bring supplies of food for animals in need. This event was successful on many levels thanks to Jennifer with the Advocates and her awesome team, the pet adoption volunteers and Bob-FM listeners who gave their time and attention to a very worthy cause thru awareness, action and participation. Many thanks to The Advocates for, once again, caring about people in our community and beyond and the animals we love to share our community and lives with. Congratulations to of our Bob-FM listeners who stopped by and won concert tickets, Lagoon passes and adopted a new furry friend into their family.

Dave, Candace, Heather, and all of the team members inside the entire team at The Advocates were the light at the end of our very dark tunnel.
Early in 2024 my family and I were struck by a driver who ran a red light, resulting in a violent rollover. We knew that it would be life changing, but had no idea just how greatly it would affect our futures.
We sought advice from a few law firms, but it quickly became clear that The Advocates were going to be the right choice for us.
They were so patient with us, communicative about the process, genuinely caring and sympathetic to our situation, and it was apparent just how hard they were going to fight for us.
They helped us find medical providers whose goal was truly about healing us, and it became obvious that that was The Advocates’ primary goal, too. It took many months, but the medical care we received was excellent, and we’re probably about as well as we could be following our rehabilitation and healing.
As the year moved along, many parts of our life were barely holding together. Because of my injuries and trauma I was initially away from work for over a month, and the financial consequences were looming. We were afraid we’d lose our home.
Through The Advocates’ help and resources, and said resources’ confidence in The Advocates, we were able to get enough help to pull through.
The devastating impacts of the crash were far more than just our injuries, the ongoing pain and suffering and resulting losses have taken a heavy toll. However, their team worked diligently and relentlessly to help us receive the most compensation for our loss that they could.
They have absolutely worked relentlessly representing us. I can’t even imagine how much of a nightmare life would have been for us if we hadn’t gotten help, or if we had chosen the poorly or hastily when selecting representation. Due to the specific insurance policies involved in our case, I wouldn’t be surprised if the wrong firm may have had much less favorable results… but that’s not what happened, because we made the right choice.
They worked so hard. They absolutely demonstrated that they care about their clients, and know exactly how take care of them.
Things may never be the same after a life-altering accident, but they truly have been the light at the end of our very long, dark tunnel. Knowing that they were fighting for us, and that things would be favorable in the end really helped us get through it. Their caring, sympathetic touch was just a bonus.

I hope my family nor I never have to go through anything like this again, but if we do need representation, it will definitely be The Advocates.
