Beware of their GOAL: "Not to involve the clients." Translation: Tenant Law Group doesn't want the details. They want privacy, to operate solo. Maximize an outcome that bestows the greatest benefits to them! Communication is dismal! When you speak up and question their motives, crickets! I have sent a formal letter of termination to the lawyer; as acknowledged by the "case manager". As usual, no response confirming the end of our deplorable attorney-client relationship. This is not the resource to help you through one of the most tumultuous times in your life! These statements come directly from experience!

I was dealing with domestic violence issues with my roommate and needed assistance breaking my lease. My property manager lied and informed me I would have to stay on the lease if my roommate did not agree to break the lease or I would have to find another roommate and all 3 of us would have to agree and we'd be fined $10,000 for breaking the lease.

From the beginning, the Tenant Law Group was very understanding and professional. They were very efficient and quickly scheduled a consultation with one of their attorneys. Paul was an amazing lawyer who helped me a lot with my case. He notified me of all of my rights and clarified which laws my landlord/property manager were violating in trying to intimidate me to stay on the lease. He gave me a thorough game plan on how to safely and legally break my lease without having to face any financial penalties. He also followed up with me and gave me additional documents that outlined the tenant laws that were being violated and my specific rights on how to break my lease. He also gave me helpful templates on providing my landlord with my notice to vacate and other documentation I would need to prove my case.

This firm is definitely the worst firm, they are unethical and commit fraud. They settled the case with defendants and took the money without telling the clients.
For those of you that is seeking a tenant lawyer, go with another firm, not this one, unless you want to sue this firm. We're suing this firm now.
