Teressa is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her for about three years for massage therapy. She has completely helped me with my chronic neck/back pain. I leave the massage feeling so relaxed, refreshed and pain free. Her massage room is so incredibly peaceful. On a more personal note, she is a beautiful soul who values every person that she comes into contact with. I highly recommend Teressa and Sweet Awakening Wellness Center.

Teressa at Sweet Awakening Wellness Center is amazing! I’ve had previous massage experiences that were not good and had turned me off of getting treatment for years, but when my back was in rough shape, and my chiropractor recommended Teressa, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience she provided. She is welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about the person she is treating. Before each session we have a sit down to discuss what my concerns are. I truly feel heard when talking with her. The overall ambiance is soothing, the music is calming. Teressa checks in throughout the experience to ensure it is to your liking. I always leave her place feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Teressa if you are looking for an effective, professional, and person-centered massage.

Teresa provides an excellent and unique massage therapy experience. I’ve had stress and tension alleviated leaving me feeling very relaxed to the point of falling asleep . If needed, she also has provided breath work before massage for an added benefit.
She genuinely cares for her clients and she provides a comfortable and zen space for self care. This is why I’m a repeat client and make sure I always rebook at the end of my massage since I look forward to my next massage - it’s such a treat!
