Do not use - they tell you to call and then are not even there. You have to leave a voicemail. Then they tell you they can no longer help because you missed appointment.
Don't even waste your time with them - they are not willing to help

UPDATE - I did not curse them out. Mt email asked what the hel kind of company was this. There was no mention of this being "like a doctor's office" until after I sent the email. Also, I never received a call back as they claim. If I had gotte a call, I certainly would of answered, unlike them. I lost an hour and a half from work, specifically to make this appointment. This was the second time I had called them after being told what time to call. All I ever got was a voicemail.
