Countless bad counselors always pick sides. Judge you. If you're unemployed, they'll just constantly sit there telling you you need a job when you need mental health help first. Not to mention the psychiatrists they have are the biggest jokes of anyone I've ever witnessed. They push meds. Don't listen to what you say. If you have bad reactions to meds they just tell you oh that's part of it and want you to continue.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have never had any issues here. Thank you Summitstone and thank you to my therapist!

Edit: I made this post 4 months ago and absolutely nothing has changed and honestly shame on me. For sticking with them as long as I have. I am constantly running out of my medications. Because they keep canceling my appointments without telling me. All this week i have been calling and calling to get my medications filled. And no one calls me. I finally heard from someone who is guess works with the dr I am supposed to see. The only dr they have available is not available till March. Also i was then told i had to come on site to see this Dr. I have always done zoom and have never been told i HAD to come into the office. So this woman that was telling me this. Was first of all incredibly rude. And had the nerve to accuse me of missing my appointments. Everytime I tried to defend myself and explain what was really going on. She would snap at and interrupt me everytime. I have found an online psychiatrist that accepts my insurance and can see me as early as next week. And they offered me lots of help with getting my medications. I am going to find every single place that I can file a claim or report against Summitstone. They need to be shut down immediately!!

This place use to be good. But as of the past couple years. They have really dropped the ball. I asked too be matched up with a therapist when I started with them. I ended up seeing 4 different therapist in the span of 2 years. So I gave up for a while. Then this last year I asked to be assigned a new therapist. And they tell me I have to be put on a waiting list. Only to never once get a call back. Then I was working with a case worker. On a few things. And she told me I could email her anytime with questions. I have never gotten any sort of response from her. And when I did hear from her . She would basically tell me to do the things I needed her to do, by myself. And finally this is the last straw. I have been running low on my meds. And then come to find out that they have to get me a new dr because they are having a reduction of staff. This is now 5th time I've had to have a new dr for my meds. So I call to set up an appointment for a new dr. But they won't return any of my calls! I have left a message everyday this past week. But no one has gotten back too me. Now I'm out of one my important meds. Between the constant shifting of staff and the absolute lack of professionalism of this place. I think it needs to be shut down. They clearly don't care about their patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone, stay away!!

I was recommended to this facility by my primary physician, and for a few years it worked out fine. Not perfect, but enough for me to get by. In the last two years, this network has completely fallen off in terms of bedside manner and even just basic competency. I have requested counseling numerous times and been told I would be put on a wait list, only to follow up and have this request completely glossed over. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get medications adjusted with the psychiatrist because I still feel like challenging dominance with a Semi for the role of alpha. But the last straw was when I was trying to get prescriptions renewed, said psychiatrist was on vacation, and the call staff were so incredibly wishy-washy about whether or not they would let me speak to someone else in the meantime, ultimately having no success. If this isn't the first time someone's sought out a second opinion due to the headache of just trying to get a first one, I can only imagine that the prior incidents were due to this very facility. One star, if only because it's the lowest option. This clinic and its partners should not even be recognized as a legitimate business at this point.

I work with adults with disabilities who have used summit stone for years. They recently laid off a ton of employees without any notice. This directly impacts our individuals who use them to manage medications and therapy. One individual I specifically work with lost her therapist and the nurse practitioner without any notice or thought. How incredibly sad for the vulnerable people they serve. They literally left them high and dry.

I’ve had really great experiences here. To seeing Dena who is so real and straight up to Rachel who helped me begin my therapy journey which she gave me so much confidence I can do this. The girls in the front are sweet and hold very hard working and busy jobs. This place is very busy and fast paced and they see a lot of people in a day, give them some grace and understanding that they do their best to help and support the public.

Summit Stone has been my first and only positive, beneficial, healthy experience in the world of recovery, loss/grief, and legal issues with DHS. Every single staff member here from the front desk, to my case manager, the nurses, therapists, peer specialists…and on and on and on! Every one is transparent, kind, understanding, and truly show a genuine care for every client and their individual needs and circumstances. This is the first time I truly feel supported and that i am receiving the level of care that actually is contributing to my progress and growth. I absolutely would recommend anyone to seek help/treatment/therapy or any services through Summit Stone. I honestly could not be where I am today had I not been blessed to come across Summit Stone and begin my journey with them. Thank you to EVERYONE at Summit Stone!!!

This place has cancelled 4 straight appointments for a loved one. Not exactly sure how you expect someone to feel better if they can’t even get in to see anyone. Stay away from this organization. Communication is poor and they cancel a ton of appointments the same day. It’s causing a ton of frustration.
