I cannot praise Diane enough and I only wish I had found her sooner. As a father with young children, I learned the hard way that without the right attorney, divorce and custody battles can often be unfairly slanted in favor of the mother. My first attorney did nothing to fight for my rights as a father, and left me having to rebuild my life from nothing. I found Diane during a subsequent (unprovoked) battle with my ex and the difference in the experience was night and day. Diane and her team took the time to understand my case and fought for me in a way that I could not have done for myself. They advocated for me and held the opposing counsel accountable for the claims being made. They were proactive and helped guide me throughout the long and complicated processes. They were also willing to work with me financially to ensure that I could keep fighting. It is difficult to give a grade or evaluation when divorce is not something you go through every day, so it is very difficult to judge one's performance. I can say in speaking to others that have divorced within the last five years and had other attorneys, that Diane and Heather at Sullvian Law were outstanding compared to their experience! The people I talked to said they never really felt connected with their attorneys, that they just felt like they were on a production line, and all their attorneys wanted was to get it over with and take their money. I did Not every get that feeling with Diane and Heather! They were extremely professional, competent, and caring! Bottom line...they took a personal interest in what were my major concerns, went after it....and got it done!
