I wanted to leave a comment on the single ⭐️ review given by Nina. Though she did not state her specific reason for contacting this group, it appears she was looking for some form of individual representation. From what I gathered, students with single issues, or those of a more personal nature, would be better served seeking advice from outside counsel, or representatives that devote one on one time.
Organizations such as the National Student Legal Defense Network are more likely to challenge those improprieties that are found to affect many students, in many majors in many schools. It is possible that Nina did in fact have an issue that fell within their specific cases, but it is a Class Action and not for individual representation.
If Nina, or any other student has a concern regarding their education, and presuming they are unable to receive guidance from parents, there are many agencies that can assist with contacts such as the Legal Referral Association, or even the local Bar Association can provide you with a referral.

I reached out to this organization since their website says they helped several students from the school I attended. I was asked a few qualifying questions over email and was set up to talk to a representative from the Student Defence org and 3 lawyers from other firms. The four of them interviewed me about my school experience for an hour of half and in the end pushed me to be a lead participant in their Class Action law suite. When I refused, they said they won't help me. I asked if they know another organization or attorney who would help. They are yet to send me the information and it's been over a month. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Definitely recommend to do your home before talking to them and don't fall for their website's marketing content and non-profit status. Proceed with full caution!
