This is what a business should be like, wonderful staff, clean, friendly, and reasonable prices. I was hesitate before, because of bad shady business practices at other oil shops. Wonderful service! I was warmly greeted by two members of the staff and offered an ice cold water. After pulling into the bay, the gentleman was very respectful and explained the process. While one of the staff was changing my oil, the other asked if I wanted to change the air filter. They checked my tires and asked if I had any concerns with my vehicle. After I paid for my services, I was given a printed receipt (and a free air freshener!) of the procedures and assisted on pulling out. The whole process took under 15 minutes - true to their advertising and slogan! I will definitely be back! Thank you for opening in Swansboro!
