I can honestly say this company is one of the best. Scott and Taylor are amazing people, and make you feel welcome and cared for. Its just a huge family over here. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me personally. There are of course a few things I would like to see change, but that will come with time. Would definitely recommend using their service or working here.

Our firm has worked with Streamlined Record Retrieval for many years on several mass torts with hundreds of cases, as well as numerous individual med mal cases. Taylor, Scott, and their team have always been incredibly responsive to our requests and needs, and always with respect and the goal of satisfaction. They work well with our IT department to deliver records in the format we need and with appropriate meta data so we can fully utilize our document management software. I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees and their clients like Streamlined does.
I have been working for Streamlined for 4+ years and couldn't be happier. Streamlined wants to make sure that their clients are taken care of. All the Account Managers are trained to care just as much for the clients. They value making sure their clients are happy and get what they need to help their own clients be successful.
This company feels more like a family then a job. I never dread coming to work. Everyone here is eager to work and help out.

Ran so terribly. The owners wife is HR, she loves to talk about the employees to other team members!
She was caught, no remorse, nothing was done about it!!
The owner told the employee that " Diane said she is sorry, what else do you want "
SERIOUSLY!?
They LIE to clients about turnaround times, records sit there for weeks before the client receives them.
We were told to " LIE "
I would strongly suggest that if you're looking to go into business with them, read the reviews.
