Appointed by a member in home association for a position that is supposed to be voluntary according to the HOA laws but being paid a substantial amount of money from the residents HOA fees. He should know the laws that govern this. Then he will not communicate with the residents on the status of work that need to be done in the neighborhood. Not producing financial records to show us what our fees are being used for besides paying his salary.
