I contacted Mr. Shareff after I was served custody papers by my daughter's stepmother after her father tragically died. I was given notice 3 days prior to the emergency hearing so we had very little time to prepare. Additionally, I live in Texas the whole case was in Virginia. It was very stressful to not even be in the same state that is handling all your legal matters. After the first hearing, I realized that I could take a step back and let Mr. Shareff handle the situation while I focused on caring for my children whose world had been torn upside down. It has been a very stressful and emotional 6 months, but I am happy to report that I have my daughter and she is adjusting as well as could be expected while still maintaining a close relationship with her father's side of the family, which was always my goal. Additionally, he assisted me in getting the life insurance my ex was obligated to pay per the divorce degree. I feel like the entire time Mr. Shareff was advocating for my best interest. Additionally, the legal fees where very reasonable.

This is the absolute best lawyer you can hire. This office handled everything I needed done so I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. This extremely professional lawyer is the person you need in your corner when dealing with the courts for these matters. I reached out to Mr. Shareff & since day one him & ladies in office super nice & responsive. I started my uncontested divorce end of Feb & divorce took a while but it was not his fault. He was so responsive & explained the whole process answered all my questions & I have no complaints! We emailed back and forth & finally we got divorce finalized. I recommend him & his staff have been awesome & very professional. He is an asset to this Louisa community & in my opinion they deserve a lot of credit for all the work & time they put in! Thanks to him & staff I’m divorced & can now move on with my life! There needs to be a 10 star option because they truly deserve it!!!

Very unprofessional kept rescheduling my court dates 4 times then it came to when I called the circuit court for my court date. I was never on the books. I would not recommend him to anybody. Better off calling ALLEN & Allen . Never q responses to phone or text messages girl up front is rude doesn’t do her job my advice your better off representing yourself before you ask for his representation

I retained Mr. Shareff during the lowest point in my life. I first contacted him to help with bankruptcy due to leaving my spouse (under awful circumstances). Steven walked me through the bankruptcy process ( which went smoothly and quickly ). Then we moved on to the divorce. My spouse was not cooperative and Steven and his staff offered support through the entire process. At the most difficult time in my life the representation and support kept me from losing not only EVERYTHING I owned, but also kept me from having a complete breakdown. I can't imagine where I would have ended up if Steven wasn't there to help me navigate the process!
