This Organization is a Joke. You are better going at alone. Your lawyer can submit other can not submit documents on your behalf, submit the wrong documents, withdraw get a job with the opposing party, submit forge documents to the court, charge you for things they did not deliver, and this organization finds that they have broken no ethical rules of the bar….THIS IS A JOKE 🤪…all you can do if 🤣 laugh

THESE GEORGIA ATTORNEYS ARE A JOKE !!
DEREK WRIGHT STOLE $2,000 from me. Tell me to contact State Bar the even my money back. I file a grievance report, Jim Lewis (General Counsel) after MONTHS of speaking with me; he decides the issue was sent “Prematurely” forwards to another person; Jeffrey Deloach; which has my file since Nov of 2024 NEVER CONTACTS ME and today in March 2025 after i get his email from Jim; Jeffrey confirms they can’t get my money back and he hadn’t contacted me for absolutely no reason. just not doing the job. These Attorneys are CROOKS !!! DO NOT HIRE OR WORK WITH ANY OF THESE PEOPLE.

Charges $45 for a referral and then up to $4 to $500 an hour... They would not just give me an attorney's phone number to call they have to charge me in order to connect me. An establishment like this is not for the people but for profit and I would not recommend calling this association for assistance. Unfortunately Google would be more of assistance or really anyone else

Extremely poor service. Investigations are not followed up on. These people act like you are interrupting them, do not return calls ,and do not care. They have no idea who their customers are. Very poor.

I have tried to get and answer from these people that answers the phone and return calls; the phone service sucks What is the point to have a complaint or grievance against an attorney and can’t file it? The attorney I didn’t obtain decided to send email to the insurance company and request the settlement check and disburse the check and take a 1/3 and give me less than the attorney received and told me because I asked for my signature of obtain this law firm ; I was told that I had crossed the line with him and his law firm . This firm did no work on my personal injury case; how is this possible for any Attorney with the Bar Association can send email to insurance and get a settlement without consent for me and charge me and disburse the check without my consent? I only asked for documentation indicating I obtain the firm so I would know how much I was going to be charged. This cannot be legal, I want my money or else. The law firm is Anthony Joseph Herro. I have never ever met with this person in my life I ask several times to come into office, the paralegal is sick Brianna. I’m not sure if this firm is legitimate There’s no office phone just cell phone operational I didn’t know how the firm received the check until I contacted the Allstate insurance asking for documentation and the insurance received and email 🤔 Wow no indication that I had signed anything. So how does this work? Very unprofessional greedy and money sucking firm, back to the bar association the phone system I have called so many times I have lost count left several several message no return calls
If I try to come in person it’s a problem cannot file on line it’s out of the question. It get worse I’m an elderly senior citizen that was injured in an automobile accident 2/2/2024. I assume age means nothing to the Georgia Bar Association the attorney are trained to take anyone money because they can and it’s legal.. I don’t trust this system GBA.

Felt like I could've been better informed and help. Misleading in call que. You can't show up in person so you basically have to trust that the forms requested are sent.

Still no paperwork. I have found that due to complaints about this Caucasian law firm (HGroves law), it's not likely the bar will actually help you. It's been 3 months since.. not form has came. This state and its laws are scams and loopholes for selected individuals to force unlawful powers and unfair treatment.
