This District Attorney will take your charges and slice and dice them and manipulate them making sure you have a least one felony so your 2ed amendment is gone while at the same time dropping the most serious charge. Even when they are from the same incident. Know they could not get the greater one to stick. Oh my felony is over $400.00 in vandalizism. That's right .sold my God given right for $400.00. The so called victim was given the task of setting damages. Not a claims adjuster. Oh hell no. That would be the fair thing to do. The Modesto PD and the DA are not interested in doing right thing by the Citizens.

This is by far the worst county to have a district attorney in. They are ABSOLUTELY no help at all. Reject cases that they want and fail to protect us! Having a restraining order in Stanislaus county is a joke. People can do whatever they want and get away with it. One DA can press charges but when the person does the SAME THING again to violate a protective order they claim it’s not enough to press charges. So just know people if you are a victim in a crime this county doesn’t care and will NOT help you.

They released my spouse after domestic violence with no charges, without looking into his history with no looking at how many times turlock police has been here. They dropped all charges. Not even a misdemeanor. Restraining order even dropped

To protect Turlock police in their creative writing of reports in falsely accusing citizens and to allow their attitude of superiority and having the mentality of the “Top Dog” concept in their department competition, is to say lightly, completely disappointing, and completely irresponsible.
No crime committed, and they allowed themselves to be seen as a Sally by their lack of principles and their lack of concern to look at ALL the evidence. They do not want truth and justice, they only want to stay in denial for their lack of acceptance that they can be wrong.

Birgit Fladagar is the worst district attorney in California history. She hasn’t cared about the crime victims and has continued her failures as a DA for 15 years. She’s not transparent, she’s not kind, and she showed mercy to bad apples in the law enforcement tree. Thank god that she decided to retire as she won’t seek re-election. People need to elect the new district attorney who truly cares about the victims, bring justice for them and make the DA office a family-friendly agency.

I got arrested for having Combat PTSD and hugging my mother. The Turlock Police department called my cellphone two days before that. They said Jacob come out with your hands up cause you're under arrest. Just because they felt like it. My take on it is you hate Disabled Veterans. They slammed me on the ground.

Mail Box broken into.
Mail Stolen that in itself is a federal offence.
all our personal information are out all over
white wash wife's payroll check and cashed at the bank with finger print on the check and DL# on back of the check.
Bank camera showed that he cashed it.
stole a credit card that came in the mail and charged on it.
The person admit that he cashed the check.
and the District attorney dismiss the case for lack of evidence .
I tell you that is bunch a crack
The victim always looses
no wonder there is so much violence and braking
